This machine is used to filling the fiber or pp cotton and so on material into the pillow case and then form the pillow.  The machine will card the fiber or other material into fluffy situation, and then fill the pillow, final product is full and good appearance.

After opening, the raw material will be blow into the filling tube , and then fill into the pillow , cushion, toys or duvet and so on products. This machine no need the air compressor , which is totally electric type.
1.5 to 15 D fiber opening rate can reach to 100%, 0.78D fiber opening rate is about 95%.
