1.Machine application

Lentinus mushroom bagging machine is a kind of edible mushroom machine which loads the mushroom culture medium into the mushroom culture bag in the process of mushroom cultivation. this machine is suitable for many edible fungis, like swamm, Oyster mushroom,  lentinus edodes,Flammulina velutipes,agaric,Tremella fuciformis, etc.

This machine can work alon and equip with other related machines as complete production line.

The machine mainly consists of hopper, bag tube, and driven system. Accoding to different driven types, we diveide our machines into 3 different models: paddle type, pneumatic type, full automatic type.

1. For paddle type, usually 1 worker feed materials into the hopper, 2 workers Put bags onto the tube on both sides, 1 worker at the discharge port for collecting, other workers for bag sealing, etc.

2. For pneumatic type, the workers should equip an air compressor with the machine. no need foot pedaling, only 1 work needed for bag filling, thus saving labor cost.

3. For full-automatic type, no need air compressor, there is a PLC control box on one side of machine, thus you can set bag length, tightness degree, speed(Bag dropping speed and returning speed), counting, etc.

4.Machine steps
