High pressure plastic crate washing machine is we devolped to wash the plastic or metal trays for different field factories for different application,  our machine can be customized and add special functions according to the dirty grade of your trays, such as hot water, brush roller wash, UV sterilization function and so on .

Machine customized: 
1. Hot water: Alkaline water (detergent) remove the oily dirty. 
2. Non-circulating water cleaning section: final cleaning.
3. Air drying : removing the surface water.
4. Heating drying: dry 95% water of the trays.
5. Brush roller: clean the product surface dirty better.
6. UV sterilization: add UV lamp to sterilize the food trays if you need.
