Working principle:
The machine is a three-legged pendulum structure, composed of a triangular chassis, cast feet, a round chassis, a rotating drum, a shell, and a motor. The drum and shell are made of national standard stainless steel. Driven by the triangular belt, the motor directly drives the starting wheel, so that the machine starts slowly, reaching the design speed after a few seconds, and the machine starts running smoothly. After use, there is a brake device in the machine, and you can stop the machine in a short time by moving the brake handle.
This industrial centrifugal dewatering feature as follow:
1.Industrial centrifugal dewatering machines are all three-legged pendulum structures, which can reduce the shaking of the feet caused by the unbalanced load in the rotating hub during operation.
2. The shell and the rotating hub are made of stainless-steel plate, the cage base and the chassis are all cast iron materials, and the water outlet pipe is under the chassis.
3. The main shaft is made of national standard steel after heat treatment. The one-time molding technology and high concentricity make the whole machine run smoothly.
4. The transmission part adopts triangular belt transmission, and the motor directly drives the centrifugal separation starting wheel, which can make the machine start slowly and gradually reach the design speed to make the machine run smoothly.
5. There is a brake opening and closing arm in the machine, which has good braking performance and can stop the machine in a short time.
6. The dehydrator has excellent performance, stable operation, and high dehydration rate. There is complete anti-vibration, timing, braking and protection control systems. It can better meet the needs of solid-liquid separation such as large-capacity dehydration and de-oiling.
7.this centrifugal bucket inside is very smoothly, so it will not hurt the raw material, it's an ideal dewatering machine.
